The class is based on the Lotte Berk Method fundamentals, Pilates & 50 years of combined fitness expertise, to achieve a strong, athletic, flexible and a youthful body. You can learn how to improve your performance in sports with a total body workout, Core Fusion Sport. You can strengthen  your overall wellbeing within a combination of yoga asanas, Qi Gong, core strengthening and stretching with a Core Fusion Yoga Class. All the classes include a cardio element and are fueled by upbeat and inspirational music rhythms.
